What is the return policy?

At IINK Studio, each piece is crafted from natural stone and assembled to order. Due to the unique nature of our materials, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Natural Material Variation

Our marble, alabaster, travertine, onyx, and other natural stone products will vary in colour, veining, texture, translucency, and pattern. These variations are an inherent characteristic of natural materials and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall appearance of a material or design but cannot guarantee an exact match to the piece you receive.

Change of Mind

As many of our products are made-to-order or assembled specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the purchaser
  • Natural variation in stone, brass patina, or handcrafted finishes
  • Minor dimensional tolerances and handcrafted irregularities

If you are unsure about a finish, stone type, or product specification, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with a resolution, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair
  • Product replacement
  • Refund where appropriate
Approved Returns

Where a return is approved by IINK Studio, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be received in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or a verified product fault.

Any approved discretionary return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Custom Orders

Custom, made-to-order, bespoke, modified, or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
