Most IINK Studio pieces are handcrafted, assembled, or finished to order.
Estimated production times are displayed on each product listing. Production times may vary during peak periods, custom projects, or due to material availability.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by our shipping partners and should be considered estimates only.

International Orders
We ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Any visible shipping damage should be photographed immediately and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to lodge claims with the carrier.
Large and Fragile Items
Many of our products are made from natural stone and require specialised packaging.
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, customers should retain all packaging materials until the product has been inspected and confirmed to be free of shipping damage.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made following the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
